Frank was great because not only was he friendly but also really great working with my crazy schedule. This was my first car shipping experience and Frank made it as easy as it could be given the circumstances. The pick up date was a couple days after the initial plan but my car still got to me within the short time frame that I needed. The carrier he used delivered my car a block away from my new apt in Brooklyn! In Brooklyn! The carrier guys were great and friendly. I got my car back in one piece without a scratch on it! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!
