Couldn't have been smoother for shipping a Honda Element cross-country. We arranged to meet the driver at a vacant parking lot near our house since our driveway and road would have been impassable for a car hauler. Driver was on time and loaded the car with no problems. During transport, our cousin who was to receive the car for us, became hospitalized. We called the driver en route and changed the destination address and destination contact. We also call PDQ to inform them of this change and to tell them that the car had to be delivered the next Saturday or Sunday since the new contact was not available on Monday. Well, the driver called the new contact Sunday afternoon and delivered the car to their house. We arrived the next evening in California and were ecstatic to see our Honda Element in our cousin's driveway. Great job by Bruce and everyone at PDQ. Would definitely use PDQ if I ever need to ship a car again. Thanks Bruce!
