I was deeply skeptical about shipping my vehicle with any broker/carrier since I never had this kind of experience before and because of the many computer scams going on globally. I had asked many questions. James handled all my business affairs professionally and had also told me that my credit card information would be charged the deposit fee upon dispatch of the carrier (DIMROM LLC). The price was right. Excellent service. Prompt pickup and delivery of my vehicle. Addie also provided excellent customer service, especially in always assuring me that things will go well. The carrier (DIMROM LLC) was equally wonderful. Prompt pickup and the driver also called the buyer to assure her when the car would arrive. They had also drove it off the truck ramp onto the narrow street up to her driveway from about half a mile away. DIMROM can be contacted at 253-334-8020. They are located in Federal Way, Wa.
