Had my car shipped from OR to PA through Orange Auto Transport. Overall, I had a great experience! They provided an instant quote that was far below the big name competitors by hundreds of dollars and were always available for customer support if needed. It was my first time transporting a vehicle so I was a little nervous but everything went seamlessly and I will definitely use them again. OAT is a broker and I was notified that my request was picked up by Umbrella Auto a few days before my requested date. My car was picked up within the 5 day window of my request and was even delivered 3 days sooner than estimated! My driver Salim was incredibly professional and efficient. There were 0 added miles from drop off to pick up and the car looked just as I left it (no new scratches just normal dirt from driving). Only downside was that I did not have door to door service due to the small roads and the size of the truck transporting my car but I didn't mind as I had family members that were able to help me coordinate everything and Salim was able to get within a few minutes distance from each location. I would also recommend being flexible about your time as drivers do come across a lot of unpredictable events (traffic, weather, etc) but frankly with COVID-19 going on I was at home and free anyway. I don't usually write reviews but I had to about this experience since I was so impressed and since I relied on reviews myself when booking.
