The company was very easy to contact and they answered all questions promptly. Only problem I had is that you have to give them a 5 day window for pick up and they picked up on the 6th day. That was a problem because we flew out on the 5th day and had to have an acquaintance hold the car key. Then they came a day late and that person had to take off from work. Penny, the customer service representative was helpful and friendly but could not help with the late arrival of the driver. No hidden costs. The quote is exact. My car was on the lower level of the transport and it had a lot of grease stains from the vehicles above. The driver, Igor was pleasant and efficient.
