I am taking the time to write this review so I can possibly help others faced with the same stressful task of moving a vehicle. I had limited experience with moving a vehicle, and certainly never one that was pretty much brand new.

The mass of solicitations/phone calls only made it more difficult, as every one seemed to stress why "others" weren't qualified. I finally checked out Orange Auto Transport's web page and then gave them a call. The person on the phone was pleasant and explained everything in detail. There was no Down Payment required in order to secure their business, and no pressure tactics.

Only after they lined up a driver did they require a Minimal $40.00 down payment in order to book the business. I can certainly understand that.

My only mistake was in waiting until a few days before I had to leave to start the process (I underestimated how long it might take to line up a driver, which was four days plus a weekend). I ended up having to leave before the car was picked up. This wasn't an issue, as I had a friend meet up with the driver and everything was handled by Orange Auto Transport.

The actual driver was extremely professional and picked up the vehicle right on time. He also surprised us by delivering overnight in one day versus two. The original quoted rate of $690.00 never went up, the car was delivered in perfect condition, and the entire transaction was painless.

I would not hesitate to use Orange Auto Transport again in the future!
