This is weird as this happened two months ago. This customer wasn't at the pick up or delivery location. He was relying on a third-party person whom he never met to accept his vehicle over a holiday weekend. The person at delivery completely ignored the driver for over six hours. Finally the delivery person advised the driver to hide the keys in the car (keys were under the seat. not in the ignition) in front of his shop. This vehicle was picked up and delivered on the contracted dates that the customer agreed to.
