We shipped our car from VA to Kansas City MO, and we were very happy with the entire process. The overall pricing was average, they were not the cheapest. However, we are glad that we selected Orange, because their service is outstanding. We were very skeptical about the whole process, because this was our first time shipping the car. We reviewed few companies and their reviews, and it's pretty scary and didn't know what to expect. Orange made the whole process very simple. We were told to put down a small deposit, and the remaining of the balance was due upon delivery. The driver kept in touch with us prior to the pick up, and even called us when he was stuck in the terrible Washington DC area traffic. Upon arrival for pickup, he carefully loaded our car on the truck. He called my husband who was going to receive the car in KC and told him he was going to do his best to deliver the car on Friday night, pick up was on Thursday. However, due to heavy rains and T-storms he didn't arrive until Sat morning. Which was not an issue for us, because you cannot control mother nature. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is interested in shipping their car out of state. Thank you Orange for taking great care of us!
