Was nervous, but had great experience with Orange!

I was nervous ordering a car transporter due to some of the bad reviews for auto transport companies out there. I choose Orange Auto Transport because of their 5 star reviews, years on TransportReviews, good price, their modern website, and their customer support. I like to read the bad reviews for a company because that way I can gauge how the company responds and also see whether the complaints are legit. I felt the negative reviews for Orange were mainly due to customer error and Orange provided detailed responses to the complaints. Tiffany and Matt? were patient and thorough in answering my questions. Their price was in the low-middle range of the bids I've gotten. Not sure if I'm right, but I felt prices that were more in the middle would offer more flexibility for the broker to attract a good auto carrier. I like that I can book online, one other company wanted me to fax the order to them. So, I placed an order and the next morning I got an email saying a carrier has been found for my car.

The carrier assigned was Gold Express Trucking Inc. and the driver was Zafar. They arrived on the first day and delivered the minivan a day earlier with the exact same mileage on the car and no damages. The driver was friendly and called when he was a few hours away. The only hiccup was trying to coordinate a meeting place due to low underpasses near my house. A funny thing was getting an email from Orange stating that the driver is behind schedule and will deliver the car in 1-2 days while I have the car sitting in my driveway already.

Overall, a great experience, the price quoted was the same price paid. Don't hesitate in booking with Orange, but remember that your experience may depend on the particular carrier that's assigned.
