This customer's frustration is understandable, but her complaints are completely misguided. We do NOT require 'power of attorney' to move cars. It was the customer's pick up contact that required power of attorney and 100% the customers responsibility to communicate with her pick up contact regarding this. Our driver arrived ON TIME at the pick up location only to be turned away because of a breakdown in communication between the customer and her pick up contact regarding power of attorney. We had to cancel with the original driver (giving him a DRY RUN in the process) and find a new driver. Her order was further delayed by a day when the second driver arrived at the pick up location to find that the pick up contact was NOT PRESENT and NOT RESPONSIVE to phone calls or the numerous messages he and our staff members left by voicemail. When the driver finally made contact with the pick-up contact the next day, the paper work was STILL NOT IN ORDER, delaying the process even further. We did everything we could do on our end to accommodate this difficult situation, and despite all of the issues we had to deal with, we still managed to meet our contractual agreement to deliver this vehicle within 2 days after pick up.
