Arrangement and contract was for Orange to assign carrier which never occurred nor was customer advised and therefore when we were ready to leave Florida, I was forced to cancel contract and try to find another broker at a much greater amount. I would not depend on them to uphold their end of the contract. And I will not recommend this company.

We tried our best to ship Mr. Linsemier's vehicle in a timely manner. We always ask that our clients allow for a 7 day window for pick up from their first available date and we were on day 6 when he canceled. This is the busy season going north from Florida and there are 336 vehicles waiting to leave that are going from Florida to Michigan. Everyone that is shipping a car from that area is having to wait at this time simply because there is more inventory than can be handled by the drivers in the area.
