I made an order on 2/20/2013. I was told to give them 10 business days to find a transporter. I waited 12 days and could not wait any longer. No one ever contacted me as to the status of the order. I emailed them I called them no one responded or picked up the phone lines. The only way I could get thru to them is to act like I was getting a new quote, then they would pick the phone up. I cancelled my order with them on 3/7/13. I talked to Steve Vigo, who also took my order. He insinuated that maybe the price is too low. I asked him to refund my deposit back to my credit card. I still see no returned deposit. I feel that this company is only out to make money and does not care about their customers. Customer service is awful. And not returning a deposit is really fraud. Oh, and by the way, I found a good trucking company to move my truck the very next day and it only took 5 days to get here.
