My experience was good with setting up the appointment. Although since I had a previous card they used that one instead of asking if I had another card. The driver on pick up was fine but the driver at drop off was rude. He was yelling and diff not want to drop off at my actual location instead a Starbucks 2 minutes away from where I lived. He wanted to drop it off at my neighborhood because he did not want wake up neighbors ridiculous excuse. You should drop of the car near the house instead of picking a place near the highway because you want to leave a certain time. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Also he was not a good communicator as the time he wanted to arrive. If you say you are coming in the afternoon come in the afternoon instead of switching it to 1am. The driver on drop of did not refer his name. Just very rude people and the broker which was a scam person for money. I don’t know the experience on drop off was a nightmare.
