I had heard horror stories about various shipping experiences, so I checked the review websites carefully and I wanted a company registered with the BBB. Olson was one of the few registered with the BBB and they appeared to have the highest rating (A+). They did not disappoint. Peggy was accessible, responsive, and she explained everything. The proscess was streamlined and simple. The driver (Walter) was on time and friendly. The car was shipped from MO to CA and arrived in 3 days (2 days ahead of estimate). My daughter received the car, and there were no problems. I was very pleased.
