Craig was great. This was my first time having to transport a vehicle. Craig explained the process well, listened to my concerns, and promptly responded to any questions I had, whether by phone or email. He kept in contact with me from pick-up through delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely call him again if I need to transport another vehicle.
