I love Official Auto Transport!!!

I am a new client in San Diego, that has spent a lot of time and energy searching for a shipping company that would deliver up to my expectations for customer service and time sensitivity. Being that I am a very busy person, I like to know when and where business takes place. I got the run around with companies that I called; no one was able to guarantee me the dates that I needed. I finally called Official Auto Transport, who too, was not able to guarantee me the dates, but instead guaranteed me a range of 2 days that a driver would be able to pick up the vehicle. This was more than fine with me because it at least gave me a sense of security of knowing an average date that the vehicle would be moved. I was very impressed with the driver because not only did he call the day before the pick up, to set up a time to pick up in Houston, but he also called to confirm the pick up when he was in San Diego. I can say that I was very well taken care of by Official Auto Transport, for not only picking the vehicle up in a timely fashion, but also for going out of their way to make sure that I received the best customer service. I just wish that you guys also moved furniture; this would’ve been much easier and cheaper than the guys that I had move my stuff. Thank you.
