Ocean Blue told me they would give me back my deposit and since 5/22 has NOT. This company is nothing but a SCAM. Please stay away. They never showed up to pick up my car, so they cancelled the pick up NOT me. I have an email document showing they will refund me the next day. They never have, They continue to lie... I contacted the BBB because of the way they do buisness. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
