We are totally satisfied with the arrangements Marc at Number 1 Auto Transport made to take our Rogue from Philadelphia area to Madison, Wisconsin via MV Transport. Every planning detail was taken care of efficiently and completely by this excellent company; Marc was always easily accessible by phone and answered any questions that we had clearly and specifically. The mark of good service for us is clarity and accuracy of communication. We received that from Marc. We would also like to commend the kindness and consideration given to us when a mistake on our part (providing the wrong car key!) threatened to delay the on-time delivery, MV Management and Driver worked closely with us to find a solution to the problem. Their sympathy and cooperation was gracious and personal. A solution was found, and our car arrived at its destination on time and in perfect shape. We highly recommend both Number 1 Auto Transport and MV Transport and are grateful for their professional and human approach to the client's needs.
