I read many reviews and researched companies for three days prior to choosing. I would find a reputable company then find horrible reviews about them. I finally found Number 1 Auto and felt confident,after reading their reviews, to choose them to ship my car. Sam was my contact person and he led me through the process kindly and efficiently. He made the whole process easy for me. The pick up time was crucial due to limited days that someone in my family would be in Texas to release the vehicle. Sam said the driver Monty would pick up within two days but it was actually earlier which was perfect. If I had encountered problems I believe that Sam would have solved them for me. My son received the car from Monty and he said that Monty was nice and helpful.
