I had a great experience dealing with Number 1 Auto Transport shipping from LA to El Paso. so here is my story: I was originally shipping with a different company, but they turned out to be a fraud and I had to fly to El Paso before shipping my car, leaving it behind in LA. a stroke of luck was when I got a call from Chris Martino, just as I arrived to El Paso airport, asking me about a quote. I was hesitant at first to deal with another company given the fact that I was just a victim of fraud by another company who had my credit card information. but, after telling Chris my story, he was very understanding and supportive, he told me he will start working on getting me a driver right away, and even without taking any credit card information from me! He offered to help me get out of this horrible situation I was in and kept telling me: "money is not our concern, allow me to return your faith in humanity and get your car shipped". I agreed, and a few hours later he called me saying he found me a driver! he Gave me the drivers number and information, whom I called and checked that everything was in order, which it was! Chris returned my faith in humanity! And I was thankful that I got a call from him at the right time. My car was picked up morning of the next day, and delivered exactly on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Definitely recommend this company, for money is not their primary concern as is the trust of the clients they are dealing with.
