I contacted Number 1 Auto Transport and, within a few days, Sam worked to schedule pick-up and delivery according to our needs. We were given a 'time window' for driver contact and pick-up and the driver kept us apprised of his timeline and anticipated arrival. The pick-up process was very reassuring since the driver examined the vehicle and noted condition, etc. before loading the vehicle onto his truck. During the transport, my daughter (on the receiving end in Colorado) was contacted daily with updates on expected delivery day/time. She was thrilled that the car was delivered on a weekend so as not to conflict with her work schedule. The driver was competent, courteous and exceeded our expectations. We recommend this company highly and will definitely use Number 1 Auto Transport again should we ever need a trustworthy service to transport another vehicle.
