This experience was a total nightmare. I was promised a pick up date of 5/25 and delivery date of 6/1. The sales people are really nice, but make promises they can't keep. Their "estimated" dates are a total joke. Driver never contacted me, I could not get in touch with the office, the 1-866 number was disconected halfway thru this mess, I had to initiate all calls as to where they were and what was happening. Driver (very rude) said truck broke down, then said he was in Miami. then said he was in tampa.etc....It was just a load of crap!!! . He Kept promising to pick up the car, then never called or showed. Finally I got a hold of him on his cell phone and he said he had no intentions of coming this week because he couldn't find a tow truck to get my car!!! Who ever said anything to me about a tow truck.????!!!!! I was promised door to door...Now they don't want to refund my deposit because they said "I" broke the contract. I think waiting for 7 days for a carrier that was promised and never showed is alot to expect from the customer. I feel cheated, used and really angry. I am contacting the State Attorneys Office and the BBB about this company. They should not be allowed to stay in business. I was scamed!!!
