Contracted with NAAuto Transport to move my Lincoln Continental from Port Richey Florida to Lenexa, Kansas. Great sales pitch from them, got my deposit of $150 and never got the car picked up after four weeks and four missed/promised pickup dates. No explanation, no contact from them, no returned phone messages, no return emails and no refund of deposit. Cannot find any corporate headquarters to demand refund. Only number to call on their website is the cusomer care number that they don't respond to once they have your deposit. They must have caller I.D. so they know which calls to take and which ones not to. No business address anywhere. This is a SHAM Company. Do not use them, you'll only lose your deposit and will not get you vehicle moved. Wish I had checked with Transport.com reviews BEFORE I contacted North American Auto Transport.
Ultimately I used another transport company (Wheeler Shipping) that is rated 5 stars on Transport.com and had the car at my home 5 days from the date of my phone call to them.
