The cost of the transport was more than originally quoted but I was the one that said I'd pay a few hundred more than quoted to get my car picked up faster and moving across the country. I misunderstood and thought there were drivers already waiting to pickup for the price, but realized the price was quoted and then the search went out to find a driver for the quoted price. It was taking too long to find a driver to transport for the quoted price and I didn't want to wait weeks to find a transport that would carry my car for the original quote. I had been researching transport costs so i knew the quote I received was almost too low and I knew I needed to pay a few extra to get the car picked up faster. Steve has great communication and my word of advice would be to possibly give people a couple options with your transport quotes. Lower quote might be a longer wait time, and then a higher quote for faster service. People, like me, appreciate the options and that goes a long way. Thanks for all you've done. My daughter is so happy with her car. Thanks for rounding up a super nice driver (Larry) and delivering my car safely!!
