Worst Transporter I have ever used!!

I have used many transporters for autos in the past. The original order was actually placed with Direct Express auto Transport and they assigned the order to No Doubt Auto Transport. First the Guy arrived two days before he said he would. When I explained that I had plans for that day and would need to make a few calls to try and change my schedule; the driver immediately got belligerent with me and started swearing and screaming. He told me that if I didn't like it I could pick my piece of shit car up in California which is where he was headed. Now keep in mind that I didn't say I couldn't be available; I simply said I would have to make some calls. The driver then told me that he would be there between 7pm and 7:30pm that evening. I made several changes to my schedule to accommodate him. I then contacted him back to let him know that I could be available but had to leave my home by no later than 8:30pm as there was one meeting that I could not reschedule. At 8pm the driver had not shown up or made any calls to me so I contacted No Doubt Auto Transport; only to be told that hey had no idea what truck my car was on and couldn't' look it up by order number. They told me that if I gave them the phone number of the driver who contacted me; they could tell me what truck my car was on, but other than that they had no system to track where my car was at. Finally at 9pm they got a hold of their driver and he called me. When I told him I had already left he proceeded to go BALLISTIC on the phone and scream and swear at me. The last part of this story is this. The car drove fine when it left Texas; I know this because it had to be driven over an hour to meet the transporter at the pickup location. When the car arrived at my house it barely ran. I have no idea what they did to this car but it is literally running on two of the four cylinders and will have to be taken into the shop this week. DO NOT USE THIS CARRIER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND FURTHERMORE DO NO USE DIRECT AUTO TRANSPORT BECAUSE THEY USE THIS TRANSPORTER TO CARRY OUT THEIR ORDERS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
