Even though I gave specific instructions, the transporter did not listen nor passed this along to the trucker. I had 2 failed attempts to get my car picked up due to lack of communication. The third attempt was successful but the trucker did not come as stated until the next day. We had to leave our keys in order for him to do this. When he dropped the car at destination, it was midnight and at Wal-mart instead of the home address. We never met the driver.
