I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! No option for zero stars. The owner Kevin quoted a price and informed me that my car would be picked up on Tuesday (I have the email which states this specifically and stated that he would send a picture of the transport truck that would be picking up my car. He was somewhat nice when we initially spoke. I completed the order form and sent back to him. I called once and emailed a half dozen times the day before scheduled delivery and the day of scheduled delivery and never received an acknowledgement or response. On Tuesday, the dealership was waiting all day and I didn't know what to tell them. Kevin went MIA. After the dealership closed Tuesday evening, with no pickup and no communication, I sent Kevin a final email informing him that I would no longer require his services. I didn't want to do this, but Kevin remained MIA and wasn't responsive, never sent the promised picture of the transport vehicle and most importantly, didn't pick the car up at the time he promised. So, first thing the next morning after I fired them, I get a call from Kevin rudely saying that it was my fault because I should have called more often and not send emails (although he had communicated with me by email multiple times without any issues before going MIA). After rudely criticizing my communication choices (although I communicated multiple times and he never responded to any of my communications, but taking no responsibility for his MIA and poor communication, not sending the promised picture and not picking up the vehicle when he said he would, he really meant that the car would be picked up Tuesday OR Wednesday (not what he originally said in his email). He then call me an A__hole and a F__ing C_ck Sucker, before I hung up. He then sent me an infantile email telling me that my car doesn't run (he's never been to the dealership or seen the car, mind you) and I need to get a "REAL CAR". It's laughable. In addition to this review, I will also be communicating my experience to the FL BBB and will post reviews for any future interactions with this company here and to the BBB as well, if he is stupid enough to respond or engage with me further. I am a legal professional and know how to handle these kinds of businesses. Hire this company at your own risk. You've been warned.
