My car was supposed to be picked up on Thursday. It was supposed to get to my destination on the following Tuesday (4 days, for a 23 hour trip). It was scheduled to be picked up Thursday night, when it didn't show up I had to be the one to reach out and ask where the car was. Was told it would be picked up Friday morning, wasn't picked up. I called and was told Friday night. No one showed. Called and was told Saturday, then Sunday, then Monday. I was scheduled to be at my destination on Tuesday night and the car was my lifeline. The car wasn't picked up until Tuesday night, AFTER I landed at my destination. Because of this, I was forced to stay in a hotel room for 3 nights, and spend absurd amounts of money on taxi services to tend to my business. The car was scheduled to be delivered by the time I arrived. Then was given the same go around on when it would be dropped off. Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night, Saturday night, Sunday night. Finally, it showed up on Monday. The broker didn't even sign a contract with a driver until August 4th, and it was supposed to be delivered the 4th. He then signed a contract saying it would be delivered on the 13th, and kept telling me it would be delivered other days so I wouldn't be able to catch on to what had happened. Half of the time, he never answered my calls. I got very minimal information of the status of my car and the only info I did get I had to go out of my way to get. He told me I was harassing him.

7/30 - Agreed Scheduled Pickup
7/30 - No Show/No Call
7/31 - Re-scheduled pickup, No Show/No Call
8/1 - Re-scheduled pickup, No Show/No Call
8/2 - Re-scheduled pickup, No Show/No Call
8/3 - Re-scheduled pickup, No Show/No Call
8/4 - Picked up at 9pm. Scheduled delivery for 8/5 night, 8/6 morning
8/5 - No Show, expected 8/6 morning
8/6 - No show, No Call. Called and was told 8/7 morning. No one could tell me where my car was
8/7 - No Show, No call. Called and re-scheduled delivery for 8/13
8/12 - car showed up at 12pm

I say No call because no one EVER called me about the status of my car, I had to call every time no one showed up. I ended up being stranded for an entire week because of this. In his contract, it says "on or about scheduled pickup time". 5 days late to be picked up and an entire week late to be dropped off is not ABOUT. Be warned about this company, pay the extra and go somewhere else. I looked past the horror stories on here too, until the SAME EXACT THING happened to me.
Also, this company is on the BBB website with an A+ rating because there are no comments or reviews on it. Also, when you go to the page they advertise, it states that the company is not BBB Accredited. Meaning they don't have an accreditation, just a good score because no one gave any bad reviews on the site yet.

*******IN BUSINESS OVER 5+ YEARS******ALL COMPLAINTS RESOLVED ON BBB.ORG This Client SIGNED 3 other Contract's with other broker's and was posted multiple times on the load board causing delay and drivers to cancel! ADVICE: PICK ONE BROKER and Search the BBB.org for REAL REVIEWS. THIS SITE CHARGES BROKERS TO BE GOLD AND SILVER, ETC AND THEY TAKE THE BAD REVIEWS OFF THE COMPANY'S PAGE. GO TO BBB.ORG AND MOST BROKERS ARE C TO F RATED WITH HUNDREDS OF REAL COMPLAINTS DUE TO THEFT OF START UP BROKER CHARGING DEPOSITS AND SENDING DRIVERS AT A HIGHER RATE! This client Was Triple BOOKED with THREE other Brokers!!!!Customer is a LIAR and paid deposit's three different times and was posted for weeks with SHADY BROKERS TAKING MONEY UPFRONT FROM A CREDIT CARD! LEXI is a FIRST TIMER to Transporting and she got posted by multiple companies causing her delay using the same load board. CLIENT WAS RUDE AND Lied when asked if she gave her credit card info out!
