This broker was typical of many who I've read about in reviews. A price was quoted, which was not honored by the carrier. Upcharge was a surprise when driver finally arrived and wanted $100 more than quoted by broker. Scheduling for transport was also a joke. First carrier was dispatched 3 days after originally promised. Then carrier claimed their truck broke down and I had to wait another 3 days for another carrier. In short, door to door was supposed to take 3 days from agreement date, but didn't happen for 2 weeks later, and at a price which was a surprise.
