I normally work with a different transport company and made the mistake of putting my trust in Nexus when mine was booked out. I started speaking with Paul and was very specific of my needs as a customer and he assured me none of them would be a problem. They originally quoted me an amount that then changed with the first call by $200... This is typical of a place like this trying to tell me it was a "special trailer" which was a complete lie. Now at the last minute (hour before pick up to be exact) they call me and tell me I can't use my card to pay the full amount because it doesn't match the zip code of where I do business or where the vehicle is going to... The communication, professionalism, timeliness, and honestly was abysmal.
