i contacted New World Transporters to move my 69 GTO coupe from washinton state to california state. i talked first to Steve Wells and requested a enclosed trailer because the car didn't have the door windows in the car yet. at first i was quoted $889.00 to move it. i liked the enegry Steve bought to the table thats why i chose to use New World Transporter. i then took a flight to meet the movers in washinton. that was may 2, i was at the shop on the 3 of may waiting for the movers after most of the day a truck with a open trailer showed up. i was not very happy,i had asked for a enclosed trailer. this truck already had two rigs on the trailer already and my car was not even going to fit on the trailer. i called Steve about this problem.he then called me back after checking it out and he amitted he must of have made a mistake and said he would fix it. the next day(4 may) i talked to Steve around noon and he informed me he had a enclosed trailer and that it would be there by the morning of the 5th of may as i was flying back to california that day.a two car enclosed trailer picked my car up that morning and said he'd be in Ukiah CA on may 9. i meet the driver there on monday. the cost was alittle more but Steve offered to pay for half the extra cost and he went the extra mile to fix the problem with the trailer and i would use New World Transporters again if i needed to move another car. thanks to Steve i now have my GTO in california.
