We reviewed a lot of transport companies to get our new RV from TX to NE. We chose New World because of its excellent reviews & A+ rating with BBB. I called on a Thursday to set up delivery for the following Fri or Sat. Enrique assured me that it would be picked up the following Thursday for delivery Fri or Sat. I called him Monday to see if a driver had been found yet. He said he needed "another day & a half," but that he would find one. I called back Tuesday before closing. Same answer. Today is over a week & he still has not back with me. That's OK...I hired TruePrice Transport Wednesday & it is en route now ! Your lose, New World. I'm a travel nurse & I move from state to state every 13 weeks. I could have given you business on a regular basis.
