Rudy was very helpful in getting the car picked up. I had to change the date to a later time because I was going to be out of town on the original delivery date. Rudy easily changed the date and said it was no problem. The day before the set delivery date, I was on my way back to Birmingham and actually saw the car on the interstate. I called the driver (who immediately picked up) and we discussed a delivery spot that afternoon. I wound up getting it a day early and was very happy with the promptness and communication all around. I was upset though, because the car was covered in what looked like hydraulic or transmission fluid, and the driver was not sorry about it. However it was getting detailed that week so I wasnt too angry. Overall, New world is a good company in organizing the shipping and making it an easy process.
