I needed to send our minivan to Texas as my daughter was without a car. Having read many consumer complaints regarding the auto transport industry in general, I did my homework however still entered with much fear and trepidation. I used the usual 'Give us your information and we will send you ten quotes' site on the Internet and received responses from four companies. Steve from New World Auto Transport was the only on to follow-up by telephone at which time we discussed the whole process from me agreeing to have New World pick up the van to delivery in Texas. He said that the driver would call me on Sunday to arrange the pick up on Monday. The driver did call on Sunday and picked the van up on Sunday, delivering it in Thursday instead of the Friday date that was initially presented. The driver, along with Steve, were extremely professional about carrying out the move. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone serious about moving a vehicle.
