The customer had double booked her order with more then one company, we had assigned her a carrier for pick up on that same date she she asked for but she had rejected that driver.
The customer had signed a contract which esxplain all the terms and conditions in writing, black on white, and everybody are more then welcome to get a copy of the signed contract to show that everything that the customer had posted here is fulse information, she was the one who breached the contract therfore she is not entitle for a refund.
