The customer had breached the contract, which she probobly didnt read before sign it.
As explained black on white on the contract there are 5-7 days for pick up there is NO guarantee on pick up dates unless the customer is paying extra for that which she didnt.
The customer cancelled within the agreed window for pick up that why she is the one who breached the contract.
The customer was leaving messages over the weekend when the office was closed and her messages were retunr the following business day.
Please at least post the correct information
