Single worst customer service experience in my life. After 10 days or repeated lies, I had to call my credit card company to get my deposit back. They lied to me daily...we have a truck in the area, we'll get your vehicle there on time....and my vehicle was never transported. This truly was the worst experience ever which affirms that most of the reviews on this site must be filled out by employees and friends of employees. There is no possible way someone had a good experience with them. Repeated lies broken promises. Cynthia locks you in for the sale and then passes you to their dispatcher who does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Do not make the same mistake I did. They should by jailed and put out of business.

Justin Why dont you post your experience with us on the first car that everything went smooth and on time? we know its hard to ay a good word. You have been updated all the time, as explained on our contract some routs are more diffuclt and that is why an add'l time is required. The reviews are not fake becuase this web site don not allowed any fake reviews.
