I contracted New Way Moving Services to transport my vehicle to FL from MA, in December of 2009. The day before my car was to be transported, December 16, I was informed that the transport vehicle could not cross over the bridge to Cape Cod, MA, and it would be necessary for me to meet the truck at Rte. # 95, at least one hour from my home. I told the New Way Moving representative that this would be impossible and not part of the agreement. I also informed her that it would be necessary for me to find another auto transport company that could provide adequate services for me. I also told her to cancel my conrtract with New Way Moving services, because they could NOT meet the conditions of the order. I went forward and make an agreement with another company who could fulfill my needs. After this was done, I was again informed New Way Moving Services that I would NOT need their services. This whole experience was VERY stressful. New Way Moving Services will NOT return my deposit. This company is deceitful, dishonest and fraudulent. DO NOT enter inot any type of agreement with this company.
