You might say that I am OCD about my cars and motorcycles, BECAUSE I AM...my expierence with New Way Moving Services was the best ever! I sent an email to a service that gives you 10 quotes for free. This was done on a Sunday night at around 5pm...by 6pm I had an email, a voicemail from a extremely pleasant woman, Danielle...she was professional, and gave a quote in writing and verbally. Monday, when I got to work I had several quotes from other carriers, who in some cases were cheaper that NWS. Danielle called me to see if she could book the reservation and I told her that her quote was slightly higher. So she put me on hold for 30 seconds and matched the rate. I needed my car to be in Florida by the following Monday and she worked through all the details to make my move of my BRAND NEW CAR seemless and pleasant. By 11am we had the details and contract finished and much to my pleasure and surprise I had a call and email within the hour saying that my car would be picked up by 3:30pm...I asked" what day" they said TODAY!!! The drive came to pick my car up and treated it as if it were a piece of dinning china... the car arrived Wed as promised at 2pm and it was just as it was loaded!! OUTSTANDING and competive...I will only use NWS to move my cars...and I own 12 vechicles! Thanks!!!!!
