I utilized New Way to ship my car to California and was satisfied with timely pickuo and delivery. I also contracted at the time of original shipment to CA for a return shipment back to Florida.. Signed contract and gave a deposit as requested. I arranged for pickup for the return trip- after car was shipped i received call from Margaret that the price of drip off had been raised by $ 275.00 since they only had one available transport driver. I discussed this with her and was assured that the additional $ 275.00 that was paid to driver would be reimbursed to me after drop off. After numerous reach outs and no response and no reimbursement I remain completely dissatisfied with their business practice, If I did not pay I would not have received my car. BEWARE of this vendor
