Dear Terry
First of all all your phone calls had been responded, somebody at the office answered the phone all the time.
We also tried to contact you couple of times but had recieved only your voice mail.
When you had contacted us and asked to cancel we had explained you that by visa and mastercard regulations the process might take 5-7 days for you to see the credit but you didnt accept this answer.
this is something that it's out of our control. the credit had been processed right upon requesting.
you contacted the BBB but they had recieved the same answer from us AGREED with that and asked us to explain ti to you AGAIN.
when you had contacted our office yesterday you was the one who screamed and yelled and didnt give us a chance to explain or appologize.
in this case we can not handle any conversation.
we do applogize for the inconvienience but delays is part of the trucking business.
