The customer had signed a contract where she was advised in writing in regards to all the terms and the conditions.
Per contract, there is NO guarantee dates on pick up/delivery.
We had assigned a carrier to pick up the vehicle within the agreed dates for pick up but the customer had declined the carrier.
Our contract indicated that the price are subject to change per carrier request, we had contacted the customer with an offer from the carrier which she decided to declined.
We had offered her to keep working on her order but she had denied it.
She had contracted another company while she was under contract with our company, per contract there is a fee of $250 for double booking.
Unfortunately, the customer didn't read the contract without reading it first and now trying to blame us for her mistakes.
