first of all we are appologize for the inconvienience.
econd based on the terms and the condition you need to cancel up to 24 hours before the schedule date, you claimed that you e - mailed us few times but we did not recieve any e - mail from you.
based on the complaint that you post here we understand that you had used another company.
if a customer cancel on the same day we can not refund him/her the money.
we are willing to work with you on that but you had mentioned that you are not moving now but from your posting we can understand that you had used a diffrent company.
please contact Rachel in order to resolve this issue.
