Had arrangements with another company... 10 days notice for pickup of car..... they failed to confirm and the day they were originally supposed to pick up the car, I called you. I received prompt and courteous attention from Mary with an immediate opportunity for transport..... had to wait 24 hours as seller was unprepared for the fast pickup opportunity thinking the original trucker had been cancelled by me. The car was picked up outside of Chicago Tuesday afternoon just ahead of a fast moving cold front/storm and the car was delivered by noon on Thursday, on time and nicely delivered by a courteous driver. I was unavailable and my wife was quite impressed with the professional way the transaction was handled from start to finish. Yes, I would use you people again.
