My son placed an order with them on 10/22/11 to pick up the vehicle in NJ and transport it to CA.
The order stated the transport date as Nov 1, 2011. We both called them numerous times after this date waiting for the car to be picked up; left messages (no response) and finally called the dispatch office, also with no response from them as to when the car would be picked up. Finally, unable to wait any longer, my son called them and told them to cancel the order, only to be told
that we needed to wait 5 days past the transport date to cancel which we did. We called and also sent a e-mail to them to cancel the order Nov. 7, 2011 and to refund the $125 deposit, as we decided to book the move with another company.
They did not refund the deposit and after calling my Visa company to dispute this matter I was sent a copy of a "new fabricated copy of an order stating their dispatch date as Nov. 8, 2011 the DAY AFTER we sent them the order to cancel. They provided this fake order document in an attempt to keep our deposit money which I am still in the process of disputing with my visa provider. This company is really a bunch of unethical scoundrels, crooks who would stoop to fabricating false information in an attempt to keep the deposit money for which they provided NO SERVICE at all. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in Miami to have my complaint added to the many others already there I am also contacting the Attorney General in Florida to investigate this crooked business!! They should not be allowed to continue in business and cheat more people out of their deposits especially when they stoop to fabricating false documents in an illegal attempt to keep clients deposit money.

Customer lost in dispute she filed with her credit card that's why she post the review. We didnt provide any fake doxumnets. Do you realy belive that the credit card company will belive a fake documents?
