They do not return voice mails. Robert has increasingly terrible customer service and stated that he was not the "customer service department" so he did not need to deal with customers politely. He would not let me speak or state my issue. There were only ever two people in the office, and Robert always played dumb to knowing anything that was going on. They do not inform you what is going on, meaning that they still have not been able to find a vehicle. I told them I was on my way to the airport and still need my car at my destination and they still have not found anyone for my vehicle. This was after more than a week after the first available pick up date, I was told that my order had not been processed yet. Terrible company, terrible service. DO NOT USE!!
