I worked with John to ship our car from Michigan to California in Oct 2025 - the process was easy and the car arrived in 3 days (2 days sooner than quoted). The driver arrived early to our meeting spot (waited patiently) and communicated well throughout the journey. The final price was higher than the original quote but it was still in the estimated range they provided me. Communication from Neptune could have been better on the original day my car was to ship. The first assigned driver was going to arrive a day early (which did not work for me), then either him or a new driver had a breakdown and it wasn’t until early evening on the day of shipping that they told me we needed to reschedule for the following day with a new driver. It wasn’t an issue, but I was waiting around all day with little communication. Otherwise the process was smooth and our car made it with no issues.
