I wanted to take the time as a consumer to write this review about my experience with Neptune Auto Transport. I have used this company two times and they have delivered both time with amazing results. I tried using another company this particular time and the results was without words, just a horrible experience. I reached out to Neptune Auto Transport and git John, I called him that Wednesday, he had a driver lined up to pick my truck up from Virginia that Thursday, what an amazing experience. Shalva was so kind and nice during the pick up, absolutely amazing, he picked my truck up on late Thursday evening and delivered it before noon on Saturday, OMG! Julia the Dispatcher, she kept me informed throughout the entire process, she let me know 40 minutes before pick-up and 40 minutes before delivery, John the Broker texted me throughout the delivery to make sure I was being kept up to date on everything, what a GREAT experience. We consumers, depend on each other to write the truth, that is why I have taken the time to write this review about my two times experience with this company, they work hard as a team to make this experience be one that I will always remember. If you are looking fir that same experience, get in touch wit Neptune Auto Transport, you want regret it, I didn't, I highly recommend them, thank you John and your team for a job WELL DONE!!
