Bought a car in Federal Way Washington (I live in Missouri), had to ship my trade out there and get my new car back to me. After quite a bit if research, I ended up going with Neptune shipping and dealt with John Smith. It all felt fishy to me at first because I've never shipped a vehicle anywhere before and the guy's name is John Smithb (come on) but after reading the reviews on Neptune, I decided to give it a shot. John found me a driver within a specific budget that I set, they picked up my car and 4 days later the dealership called and said that it had arrived. That driver couldn't bring my car back as planned, so John worked tirelessly to find me another driver that could bring it back who ended up bailing on picking it up also, but again John found me another driver to finally pick it up and bring my new car back. He kept in contact with me the entire time letting me know what was going on, literally if it weren't for John, I'd have gone nuts. He did a great job and got my baby home to me and I've been enjoying it every since. I would definitely recommend Neptune to navigate the truck shipping world because it's a nightmare without someone working on your side to help. John and Neptune definitely got the job done and way cheaper than anybody else I shopped around with. Definitely would use them again if I ever have to ship another vehicle from state to state! Definitely appreciate all the work John did for me, there's not a lot of people that go above and beyond in today's world!
