Mario Lopez was referred to me by a good friend whom used his services before. I called Mario and got a impression that this is someone I can depend on to ship our 2014 MB ML350 from Chicago to Seattle. I was quoted a fair price and I readily agreed to hire this company. My car was pick up the very next day it is available for transport from the dealership in Chicago. It suppose to take 7 days but arrived at our Newcastle, WA address within 4 days. The driver was friendly and the car was shipped with care and arrived without any damage and in perfect conditions. What a relieve as this is the first time I ever transported a car. During this transaction, I have called Mario multiple time as I do not have prior experience. Mario was always courteous and patiently explain each step of the process to ease my mind. I am now looking for a second family car, once purchased, Mario is the next person I will call.
